Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance management, and performance management. Responsibilities include designing and managing recruitment processes, facilitating training and development programs, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align workforce strategies with organizational objectives, while also addressing employee relations and providing HR-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes, along with talent identification and retention skills.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and performance management frameworks.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
