Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for strategising and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance . Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition, training and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management, and supporting leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and recruitment strategies
- Strong skills in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
- Experience in training, development, and implementing workplace policies
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Experience in the financial services industry or a similar sector is advantageous
