Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Forest Lever Private Limited will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, leading talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The individual will also drive performance management processes, nurture employee growth, and create initiatives to enhance workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
- Expertise in HR Policy Development, Organizational Development, and Compliance with labor regulations
- Proven ability in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with HR software systems and digital solutions is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources management
