Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for an on-site team based in Delhi, India. This full-time role includes managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure that catering and event operations are adequately staffed and supported. Daily responsibilities involve handling employee relations, performance management, attendance and leave administration, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and local regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also design and implement HR policies, training initiatives, and engagement programs to support a positive workplace culture and professional development. In addition, the role includes maintaining HR documentation, coordinating payroll inputs with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and handling disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate payroll data and attendance systems.
- Experience in designing and delivering training, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and frontline staff.
- Proficiency in HR software or HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification in HR is an advantage.
- Prior HR experience in hospitality, catering, events, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to operate in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
