Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Ernakulam. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee and manage all HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, payroll oversight, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in payroll management and understanding labor law and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR professional certification preferred)
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
