Flax – Health & Beyond Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a mid-level HR professional to join our growing team in Mumbai.
If you have 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in Hospitality / QSR / F&B and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be responsible for:
• End-to-end recruitment for outlet, kitchen & corporate teams
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Attendance, payroll coordination & HR MIS
• Employee engagement & retention initiatives
• Employee relations and grievance handling
• Performance management & disciplinary processes
• HR policies, processes & compliance
• Working closely with Operations and leadership teams
What we’re looking for:
✨ 3-4 years of HR experience
✨ Hospitality / QSR / F&B background preferred
✨ Strong recruitment & employee-handling skills
✨ Good communication and stakeholder management
✨ Someone who takes ownership and can work independently
✨ Hands-on, positive and people-oriented approach
