Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves designing HR policies, managing employee onboarding and retention strategies, addressing workplace concerns, supervising payroll processes, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will also play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in developing HR policies and leading staff training programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency with HR-related software and tools
- Strategic thinking and ability to align HR practices with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in construction, sports, or related industries
