Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The role involves managing the recruitment process, creating and implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee relations. The HR Manager will be tasked with ensuring adherence to labor laws, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also entails performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Building Effective Onboarding Programs
- Proficiency in HR Policies Building, Labor Laws Compliance, and Benefits Administration
- Ability in Employee Relations Management, Conflict Resolution, and Strengthening Organizational Culture
- Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Development Strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work across teams
- Proficient in using HR software and tools to streamline HR processes
- Proven experience in Human Resources Management; mastery in managing on-site teams preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
