Job Title: HR Manager
Role Summary:
The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions including hiring, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Create and post job descriptions on hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle payroll coordination with finance/accounts team
- Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Develop performance appraisal systems
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
- Maintain HR records and employee databases
- Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–8+ years of HR experience (depending on company size)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, payroll, and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRMS software
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred:
- MBA in HR / PGDM in HR
- Experience in recruitment + generalist HR role
