Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee onboarding and training programs, addressing and resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and promote employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management and Employee Relations expertise, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organisational Development practices
- Skills in Conflict Resolution, Policy Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, with the ability to lead and develop HR teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
