Responsibilities:
- All responsibilities of an Assistant Manager.
- Describe and raise manpower requisition forms, ensuring they are duly signed by the respective departmental head.
- Conduct the entire recruitment process, ensuring the selection of candidates that meet company standards.
- Oversee and approve induction and initial training arrangements for new hires.
- Ensure collection and maintenance of employee bio-data and records.
- Approve the issuance of identity cards post employee confirmation.
- Measure and review employee performance during the training/probation period, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Prepare and approve comprehensive training schedules for all employees.
- Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of employee training programs.
- Conduct and supervise welfare activities for employees.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of monthly attendance and payroll preparations.
- Manage and approve records of employee leaves and provide monthly status updates.
- Handle and approve transfers, promotions, and other personnel activities
