Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will focus on managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and policy implementation aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing contract and permanent staffing, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Additionally, this role requires maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and managing initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, including permanent staffing, contract staffing, RPO, and executive search
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing systems and labor law compliance
- Proficiency in building and managing employee relations, fostering organizational growth and culture
- Experience with HR policy development, implementation, and continuous process improvements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and social media recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
