Job Purpose
To manage and strengthen core HR functions including Recruitment & Manpower Planning, HR Strategic Initiatives, policy implementation, employee engagement, Employee Retention & Culture, performance management support, and organizational development initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Policy Implementation
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to company rules, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Review and update HR policies as per business requirements and statutory amendments.
- Support management in policy communication and awareness.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal processes.
- Monitor KPI/KRA implementation and appraisal timelines.
- Support HODs in performance evaluation discussions.
- Generate appraisal analytics and reports for management review.
- Maintain performance records and increment documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement initiatives.
- Support employee welfare programs, celebrations, CSR participation, and recognition programs.
- Promote positive work culture and employee relations.
4. Organizational Development & HR Initiatives
- Support manpower planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects, automation, and process improvement.
- Develop HR analytics and workforce reports for management.
- Drive culture-building and change management initiatives.
5. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
