Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and training programs to support workforce development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR policies, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in addressing employee concerns and driving initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- HR Policy Development and Employee Relations Management
- Experience in Onboarding, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and HR Systems
- Ability to manage conflict resolution and develop strategies to improve organizational culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices
