Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our office in Thiruvananthapuram. The responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and talent management. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, implement HR policies, and manage performance evaluations. They will also focus on training and development, optimizing team productivity, and fostering company culture to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Experience in employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in training, development, and team productivity optimization
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills for fostering a positive workplace culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in the healthcare or BPO sector is an advantage
