Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Pune City. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. Other responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll, fostering a positive workplace culture, and assisting in strategic workforce planning to align with the company’s goals. The role involves collaboration across all levels of the organization to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee Development
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and HR Policies
- Skills in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Analytics
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making capabilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus)
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
