Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource role based in Cuddalore. The responsibilities include managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and supporting HR-related needs. The role also involves maintaining a positive workplace culture, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Personnel Management and related administrative tasks
- Ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships across all employee levels
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
