Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will lead and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, resolving employee relations issues, conducting training sessions, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will act as a key partner to leadership by aligning HR initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Solid understanding of Labour Laws and Compliance regulations
- Excellent Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Training, Leadership Development, and Change Management
- Proficient in using HR tools and software for data management and reporting
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related roles
