Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at DNV Food Products Pvt. Ltd., located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and develop HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. Responsibilities will include conducting onboarding and training sessions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing payroll administration, and performance management. The HR Manager will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee engagement initiatives, and recommending HR strategies to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in Training Design, Development, and Employee Onboarding
- Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
- Effective Performance Management and Conflict Resolution skills
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Workforce Management capabilities
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the FMCG or food industry, is an advantage
