Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Karnal, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment strategies, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include handling payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and conducting training and development initiatives. The role involves collaborating with all levels of the organization to support and enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations
- Proficiency in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead training and development programs to foster employee growth
- Proficiency in HR management tools and software solutions
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as SHRM or PHR is a plus)
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role or related leadership position
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
