Job Overview:DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager who can manage the complete HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Digital Marketing or IT industry and must be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Handle employee lifecycle management from joining to exit
- Maintain and update HR policies and processes
- Drive employee engagement activities and retention strategies
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
- Handle performance management and appraisals
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain HR data, reports, and documentation

Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Preference for candidates from Digital Marketing / IT industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiner preferred
