Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR activities, policies, and programs in line with organizational goals and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, where responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and fostering an inclusive company culture. The role also involves implementing effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent while driving employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 2 years in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies. Agency experience will be considered a plus.
- Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs, professional development initiatives, and HR policies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Ability to develop strategic HR plans and effectively align them with organizational goals.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
