Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves managing employee relations, implementing training programs, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The individual will collaborate with department heads to create and maintain a productive workplace and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, and employee onboarding processes
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture
- Experience in creating and implementing training and development programs
- Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and performance management systems
- Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in renewable energy or a related sector is an advantage
