Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and retention strategies. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling performance management processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires exceptional people management and organizational skills to support the school's mission and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in performance management and employee relations
- Strategic planning and policy development capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
