With a growing team of professionals and expanding operations, we are looking for an HR Manager who will build strong people processes, support hiring, and help scale the organization while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Role Overview
The Head of HR will lead and manage all HR functions at Credfino. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring someone who can build HR systems while also executing day-to-day HR responsibilities.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
• Lead and manage hiring across teams, including accounting, tax, operations, and corporate roles.
• Build structured recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
• Work with leadership to forecast hiring needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with Credfino Academy to support entry-level talent pipelines.
HR Operations
• Manage and improve HR processes, including:
• Onboarding
• HR documentation & Employment Contracts
• Leave management
• Employee records
• Policy implementation
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
Performance Management
• Implement structured performance review processes.
• Support managers in setting clear goals and evaluating performance.
• Help identify high performers and support internal growth.
Culture & Employee Engagement
• Develop initiatives that strengthen Credfino’s culture and employee engagement.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee concerns.
• Support employee retention and team morale.
Learning & Development
• Help design and implement training programs for professional development.
• Work with Credfino Academy to align training with company needs.
Compensation & HR Policy
• Support leadership in designing compensation frameworks and incentives.
• Maintain and update HR policies as the organization grows.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 6–9 years of HR experience.
• Has experience working in fast-growing companies or service environments.
• Is comfortable building processes from scratch.
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities.
• Has strong communication skills and good judgment of people.
Experience in professional services, BPO, consulting, or accounting firms will be an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 12 months, the candidate will:
• Build structured HR processes for a 50–100 person organization.
• Improve hiring quality and reduce hiring timelines.
• Implement a clear performance management framework.
• Strengthen employee engagement and retention.
