Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership HR professional who can lead recruitment, manage HR operations, and build people systems for a fast-growing startup.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to hire top talent and build a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Hire for roles across marketing, research, clinical operations, and growth teams
2. HR Operations
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR policies
• Coordinate attendance, payroll, and compliance
3. Culture & Team Management
• Build a high-performance startup culture
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee feedback and performance tracking
4. HR Systems & Processes
• Develop hiring processes and recruitment pipelines
• Implement performance management systems
• Support the company’s team expansion and HR strategy
Requirements
Experience
• 2–5 years HR experience
• Experience in startup hiring preferred
Education
• MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
Skills
• Strong recruitment and talent sourcing
• Experience with LinkedIn hiring
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation
• ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Opportunity to work closely with founders
