Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions and contributing to a positive, high-performance work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, designing and implementing HR policies, and supporting workforce planning to meet the company’s growth objectives. The role involves handling employee relations, performance management processes, and learning and development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will also manage compensation and benefits administration, maintain accurate HR records and reports, and collaborate with leadership to support organizational culture and change initiatives, particularly in the fast-paced cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to support rapid, high-quality hiring.
- Experience in HR policy development, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- Competence in HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS usage.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace governance.
- Ability to design and deliver training, support career development, and foster employee engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including handling confidential and sensitive issues with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, ideally within fintech, technology, or high-growth startups.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
