Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role involves working closely with leadership and employees to drive engagement and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting workplace diversity and inclusivity
- Expertise in planning and coordinating training and development initiatives for employees
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are advantageous
