Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and driving HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support leadership with HR analytics and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho People, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
