Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and maintaining a positive workplace environment that reflects CKB Group's values. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business strategy to foster growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Experienced in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Skilled in performance management and implementing training and development programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and align HR practices with organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with HR software and data management systems is a plus
