Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at City College Jayanagar, located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, facilitating professional development programs, addressing employee relations issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate HR records to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Skills in recruitment, onboarding processes, and workforce planning
- Experience in devising and implementing training and development programs
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working within educational or academic institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant HR management experience
