Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experiences:
• Experience in handling corporate policies and compliance.
• Familiarity with HR processes and support functions.
• Prior experience in managing large-scale administrative projects.
• Office-based role with occasional local travel as needed.
• Full-time position with standard business hours.
• May require flexibility for urgent administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring pipeline, and enhance the employer brand.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR systems, and policy implementation.
• Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and financial audits.
• Training & Development: Develop and execute training programs to boost employee performance and support career growth.
• Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Liaisoning: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Team Handling: Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, build a positive workplace culture, and reduce attrition.
