Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. The role also includes facilitating training programs, managing compensation and benefit plans, and driving performance management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and engagement
- Proficiency in performance management processes and designing training and development programs
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations
- Experience in benefits administration, payroll systems, and data-driven HR decision-making
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent HR certification is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and tools; familiarity with industry-specific needs is desirable
- Ability to work independently, build positive team dynamics, and maintain confidentiality
