HR Manager
🎓 Qualification: MBA (HR) or any equivalent degree
💼 Experience: 10+ years
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with Project Managers
- Prepare the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including logistics and vendor management
- Maintain training records, track participation, and assess effectiveness through feedback
- Onboard training partners and manage contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Support development of e-learning modules, assessments, and skill enhancement initiatives
- Identify and onboard IT training vendors aligned with emerging technology trends
Talent Acquisition
- Gather resource requirements and plan hiring
- Draft and publish job descriptions; source and screen candidates
- Manage onboarding activities, including offer letters and induction
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards
- Build talent pipelines through networking, job fairs, institutes, and campus drives
Employee Engagement & Event Management
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (festivals, wellness, sports, CSR, celebrations, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end event coordination including budgeting, vendors, venues, and communication
General HR Support
- Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation
- Support HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery
- Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance

- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in training coordination or delivery
- Strong network with IT training partners, institutes, and SMEs (technical & behavioural)
- Experience across HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
