Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and payroll administration. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee relations. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, provide guidance to staff, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and records.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Comprehensive experience with Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of HR Regulations, Compliance Requirements, and Best Practices
- Expertise in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Software tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams, adapt to changing environments, and work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Experience in a digital or creative agency environment is advantageous
