Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager at Cacao Springs, located in Nagpur. The HR Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities also include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing payroll processes. The role will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and implementing policies that align with the company's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, onboarding, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities
- Expertise in compensation, payroll administration, and benefits management
- Sound understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in crafting and implementing HR policies and strategies
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for tracking and analyzing data
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus
