Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Manager will develop and implement policies, foster a positive workplace culture, support organizational objectives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additionally, the role involves strategizing workforce planning, providing guidance to managers, and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy development
- Experience with performance management systems, training programs, and employee retention strategies
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for daily operations and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
