We are hiring an HR Manager for BRAINRIG LLP, the animation studio behind Professor of How (20Million+ followers). This is a full time, work from office position in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
You will manage a talented team of 3D artists, video editors, Researchers and Script Writers who create content for channels that reach millions of people every month. You will handle HR responsibilities, support content strategy, and manage operations for a studio that is scaling rapidly.
This is not a typical HR role. You will be building culture and operations for one of India's most influential content studios. You will directly impact how we hire, develop, and retain the creative talent behind videos that educate millions.
You will work closely with the founder on hiring decisions, team development, content strategy alignment, and operational excellence. You will shape the future of a household name studio.
This is a work from office role only. You will be based with the entire team in Jaipur, working directly with artists, editors, and leadership every single day.
