Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, facilitating staff development programs, handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management
- Experience in Performance Appraisal Systems, Payroll Management, and Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and Policy Formulation
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in HR roles with leadership responsibilities
