Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Human Resources Manager will handle a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, compliance management, payroll, and employee engagement. The role will involve ensuring alignment between HR processes and business goals while promoting a positive workplace culture and maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Management, and Policy Development
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and Benefits Administration
- Strong skills in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle HR operations in an on-site work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or trading sector is advantageous
