We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline our people operations for a fast-growing, performance-driven organization based in Mohali.
🔹 Role Overview:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in building a strong, motivated workforce aligned with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (especially for sales & operations roles)
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Handle onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management
• Maintain employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Monitor performance management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle payroll coordination and attendance systems
🔹 Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR management
• Strong hiring experience (bulk hiring preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM/HRMS tools is a plus
🔹 Location: Mohali (On-site)
🔹 Working Days: 5 Days
