Job Overview
We are looking for an execution-driven HR Manager who will be responsible for building and managing the HR function from ground zero.
This role requires a candidate who can both create HR systems and actively manage day-to-day HR operations across factory and office environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Setup & Policy Development
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems from scratch
- Structure attendance, leave, and employee record systems
- Establish discipline and standard HR practices across the company
Recruitment & Workforce Management
- Manage hiring for factory workers, supervisors, and office staff
- Create job descriptions and structured hiring processes
- Ensure timely manpower availability as per business needs
Payroll & Compliance
- Handle complete payroll processing
- Ensure proficiency in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and records
Attendance & Discipline Management
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality
- Implement and enforce discipline policies
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts
Performance Management
- Assist in building KPI-based performance systems
- Conduct basic performance tracking and reporting
- Support management in appraisals and reviews
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between management and workforce
- Provide regular HR reports to management
- Ensure smooth HR operations across departments
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
- Ability to build HR systems and implement them practically
- Experience in handling factory workforce
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for factory operations and workforce handling
