Role Description
This on-site, full-time Human Resources Manager role is based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees while also fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration, creating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving performance management and professional development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources policies, labor laws, employee relations, and talent management
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, performance appraisal systems, and employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple HR functions effectively
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage
