Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR policy implementation. They will manage employee relations, performance reviews, and staff training programs to promote professional development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving workplace conflicts, and collaborating with departments to create a positive work culture.


Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Expertise in performance management, training programs, and professional development initiatives
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in the education or consultancy sector is an advantage
