Role Description: This is a full-time remote / on site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. This role also requires partnering with leadership to support organizational development, drive a positive work culture, and manage HR-related communications for a geographically distributed team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to Indian and remote workforces.
- Ability to manage HR operations such as onboarding, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Comfort with HRIS or HR software tools and aptitude for working with data and HR metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in media, digital publishing, or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
