Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, handle employee relations, and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, facilitating training and development programs, maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Requirements, and HR Policies
- Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Team Building
- Proficiency in Payroll processing and HR Software
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable
