Role Summary
We are hiring a senior HR manager to manage all people-related functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR compliance. This is a permanent, long-term role with direct access to the MD.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for all roles across departments
- Employee relations — grievance handling, conflict mediation, team harmony
- HR operations — attendance, leave, employee files, payroll inputs
- Compliance — PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act
- Performance management support — appraisals, KPIs, recognition programmes
- Policy drafting and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in any industry (retail preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Experienced in conflict resolution and people management
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
