We are looking for a senior HR professional — someone mature, experienced, and grounded — who wants a stable, long-term role where their work genuinely matters.

About the Role
You will be the first dedicated HR function in our organisation, reporting directly to the MD. Your mandate covers recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and building a culture of accountability and respect across our team.
What We're Looking For
✦ 10+ years of HR experience (retail or family business background preferred)
✦ A natural mediator — calm in conflict, fair in judgment
✦ Strong communication in Hindi and English
✦ Someone who commands respect without demanding it
✦ Stable career orientation — we value longevity, not velocity
