Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding activities, handling performance management, and ensuring the professional development of employees. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and policy formulation
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and talent management
- Ability to develop and implement training programs and professional development initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
