Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Overview
This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with end-to-end Talent Acquisition responsibilities. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, manage employee lifecycle, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and appraisal cycles
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Manage onboarding, exits, and overall employee lifecycle processes
2. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies)
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
Preferred Tools/Systems
- HRMS (e.g., Zoho, Darwinbox, SAP, Workday)
- ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
